Donot restrict yourself to just loosing weight on scale.it is more than that.With idiets healthy and balanced meal plans you will start experiencing good energy levels,improvement in your metabolic rate and ofcourse good skin. you can expect to lose between 2-4 kgs of your weight  2-3 inch loss per month but the real results will simply depend upon your body system, metabolic rate, physical activity and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals. We focus more on FAT LOSS. 

All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits and lifestyle. Therefore we are unable to provide you any sample diet plans.

 

How will I get my diet plans?

Weekly diet plans will be accessible on this website for viewing and download and will also be emailed to you.

 

How are your diets like? 

First of all,  We are against dieting.You donot have to eat less to loose weight rather you have to eat right. Our diet plans are desgined according to your age ,lifestyle,medical condition and eating pattern (likes/dislikes).Along with diet plan you need to follow any exercise regimen.

 

Do you guarantee weight loss?

Weight loss totally depend on your persistent efforts. If you are ready to be doing your efforts.Yes weight loss is guranted.

 

Do I have to do anything else except following the diet?

Physical activity is a must. It can be walk, brisk-walk, cycling, jogging, cardio, gyming, skipping or anything else. However, typically you are only required to walk daily for atleast 45 minutes.

 

How can I contact you if I have any queries or if I want to change something in the diet plans?

I will be available to take any queries you may have via phone or email between 10 am to 6 pm all seven days. 

 

How will you and I know if I am making progress?

This website has been designed specifically for this purpose. You will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Trackers section.

 

How much it costs and how to pay?

Some months ago I was really fed up with my own weight. I was failed to loose weight even after 3~4 KM of walk every day alongwith dieting as I came to know from internet like dhaniya juice empty stomach, lemon & honey in warm water n so on . I had tried so many things and done a hard course too. But failed to loose weight.  

Then someone advised me to join a dietician and I came to know about Dietician Lata Sharma and my life style was totally changed as well as my body shape. I joined weight Management plan with Dt Lata in Dec 2016 with the weight of 95KG (Obesity2) and lost 5 kg weight in a month. And after 6 months now I am at 81.2. I was searching the best dietician in Delhi, and came across Lata Mam profile. The objective of starting the diet was to lose post pregnancy weight around 10kgs and eat healthy to maintain the same. The recommended duration for the same was 3 months. The diets given by Lata Mam had shown great results. Till now, in just 1.5 months i lost 5kgs and that too with kitchen based diet plans. The good part is that you dont have to eat only boiled or non spicy food. But of course you have to go an extra edge if you have to achieve something which in my case was walk for 45 min daily, as I was not used to any type of physical activity. Lata Ma'am had been very responsive to all the queries I had. hello all ! i joined the weight loss programme with dt. lata sharma in mid september.. its been 5 months and the results i got from her diet plans are fabulous... i lost quiet a lot weight  which was my ultimate motive but also i got rid of my problems that i was facing earlier like PCOD , acne ... the results can be seen after 2-3 weeks.. earlier i had tried all means to loose weight but nothing turned up useful.. for one such great day my chachu who consulted her earlier influenced me to give it a try... ma'ams diet charts are a true magic... i would reccomend you all to stay fit by her diet charts and see for yourself how drastic you will change to a healthier lifestly..

Dieting doesnt mean stop eating...rather eat right at the right time !!

I am very thankful to Lata ma'am weight loss diet programme, as it has not only helped me in losing weight but also transformed me to become a healthier and happy person.Before this programme I have tried many things to shed off the extra weight I have put on due to my unhealthy eating habits or working environment. Gaining weight during and after pregnancy was a big headache for me. I gained almost 20 kgs during my pregnancy and even after my baby was 6 months old, I was able to lose only 5 Kgs. You really lose your self-confidence and at times feel frustrated with such weight.

I joined weight Management plan with Dt Lata mid July this year. To start with I had elevated cholesterol levels, was diagnosed with high BP and overweight.(on the verge of class 1 Obesity in fact) with a sedentary lifestyle . I was already prescribed with medicines to manage my BP and cholesterol levels. I started with a goal to achieve fitness and weight management was a measure to achieve the feat. I was provided with a diversified plan each week and was supported well by Dt Lata during this period. With eight weeks gone I have reduced 8+ Kgs and has reached high energy levels. I am happy to share that my BP medicine is discontinued and should be getting rid of cholesterol medicine as well soon. By mid September I will be entering into my sustenance plan( in which we will concentrate on maintaining the achieved weight by eating the healthy way).

I was not able to loose my weight after having second baby. I tried different methods like self dieting, tried some protein shakes and even rigorous gymming daily for one and half hours, but all were in vain, eventually I started loosing self confidence and hope of loosing weight.
